All our products are thoroughly checked before shipping, but in case you receive a defective product, you may contact us with clear pictures/videos as evidence of defect and we will take corrective actions accordingly.

please note that slight color variation in real product and image on website may occur and we do not consider them as defect and we do not accept return in such cases.

please follow below mention process for return:

In case you wish to return the product, please send us an email request with your order number on swapnacreationindia@gmail.com stating the return reason within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product. We will share the address for for return and customer has to send the product with all original tags and packing to the given address ( Shipping cost will be reimbursed)

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect the product and if its found genuine we will  refund the amount of your returned order within 3-5 days and issue a credit note for the shipping cost.

You can use the credit note within 60 days for any product listed on our website.
